KONO Workshop: Demystifying Yelp

The Koreatown Northgate community business association invites you to a workshop on Yelp, the online rating site on which consumers rate businesses. Yelp is excruciatingly important to most small businesses: a huge driver of business when reviews are positive, and a massive setback when they’re not. This workshop will teach you all of those things and more, because understanding is the first step to improvement!   Learn: Why do certain ratings show up at the top? Why do some good reviews get filtered out? What can I do if I have a Yelp page full of bad reviews that’s affecting my business? How do I get customers to write me reviews? Are Yelp ads actually useful and what are the options?
